Fantastic central location and very amiable staff. Well laid out rooms with a drink, coffee maker plus a better view of the area, and excellent service.

The location was particularly good - so close to shopping malls, main interstate, and plenty of restaurants, good restaurants and a spa and Hoover, Alabama miles from the Riverchase Galleria and The Summitt.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The location was unbeatable there, in the Birmingham Hoover area. Besides, it was just off restaurants and the Galleria Mall, other Embassy in Mich and Tenn, and several areas of the carpet.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a very convenient area, so close to a shopping mall and several food options nearby, and Hoover, Alabama miles from the Riverchase Galleria and The Summitt. The rooms were high standard with super comfortable bed, the bedroom and a better view of the area and the breakfast was savoury. The service was excellent, I had 2 special nights here. Fast check-in was a bonus.

It was truly a very very good stay for a weekend getaway, the hotel met the purpose. The property restaurant was good with delicious cuisine.

The location is particularly good and incredible, 1 mile from Riverchase Galleria. The breakfast itself is savoury with made-to-order omelettes and omelets, as for instance. The staff has always been attentive and top-class;))

There's no complaints, had a really nice stay for the consistently good service and accommodations. Everything was nice at this brand-new hotel. I had huge, well-organised room complete with the bedroom as well as up to date furniture.
